The seller guarantees the accuracy of all commercial and contact information provided to the platform. Stores found using misleading information or third-party identities will be permanently closed.

3. Product Image and Description Standards 📸
Product images must reflect the actual product. The use of representative or stock images is prohibited. All refund costs and operational expenses resulting from misleading descriptions will be charged back to the seller.

4. Binding Nature of Refund Decisions (Arbitration) ⚖️
The seller acknowledges and accepts the 16-point Return and Refund Policy published by Trendabi.com. Refund decisions made by Trendabi.com based on evidence provided by the buyer (e.g., video recordings) are final and legally binding for the seller.

5. Shipment and Packaging Discipline 🚚
Orders must be professionally packaged according to Trendabi standards to prevent damage and must be shipped within the specified timeframe. The seller is liable for any damages or losses caused by improper packaging.

6. Payment and Settlement Process (24-Hour Rule) 💰
Once the product is successfully delivered to the customer, a 24-hour inspection period begins. If no complaint or refund request is received from the customer within this period, the product price, minus Trendabi.com commissions, will be processed into the seller’s earnings.

7. Payment Schedule and Commissions 💳
Seller earnings are typically transferred to bank accounts within 3 to 10 business days, depending on the operational process. This period may be shortened or extended based on banking procedures or investigation depth. Trendabi.com automatically deducts the determined commission rates from the final settlement.

8. Prohibition of Off-Platform Transactions 🚫
Sellers are strictly prohibited from redirecting Trendabi.com customers off-platform (e.g., sharing direct contact info, external website links, or business cards). In case of a violation, the seller’s pending payments will be suspended and the store will be terminated.

9. Reputation Protection and Legal Rights ⚖️
If the corporate reputation of Trendabi.com is damaged due to the seller’s faulty actions or unethical behavior, the platform reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings and file for material and moral damages.

10. Right to Modify, Add, or Delete Rules 🔄
Trendabi.com reserves the absolute right to add new rules, update existing terms, or delete any rules at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the platform, the seller agrees to be bound by the most current version of these terms.

11. Tax Liability and Legal Status 📜⚖️
The seller is personally responsible for fulfilling all tax obligations (VAT, Income Tax, etc.) required under Georgian law and for maintaining a legal tax status. Trendabi.com assumes no legal liability regarding the seller’s tax compliance. Trendabi.com may provide support services regarding tax processes for sellers upon request and written consent.

12. Seller Approval and Final Authority 🛡️
Applying to be a seller does not guarantee admission. Trendabi.com reviews each application, and a seller account is only activated if a mutual agreement is reached. Trendabi.com reserves the right to refuse any application without providing a reason.

13. Suspension and Termination of Accounts 🚫🚩
Trendabi.com reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the accounts of any seller who violates the platform’s rules or ethical standards. In case of a violation, Trendabi.com may freeze pending payments until the issue is legally resolved.

14. Intellectual Property Rights 🛡️
The seller guarantees that the products do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property or trademarks. Selling counterfeit or replica products is strictly prohibited; all legal consequences remain with the seller.

15. Data Privacy and Customer Information 🔒
The seller may only use the customer information (name, address, phone) provided for shipping and delivery purposes. Storing this data, using it for direct marketing, or sharing it with third parties is strictly prohibited.

16. Packaging and External Advertising Prohibition 📦🚫
Sellers may not include their own business cards, brochures, social media handles, or external links inside the shipment packages. Packaging must not contain any external branding that could divert customers or damage the Trendabi.com brand experience.
