5. Respectful Communication and Platform Ethics 🤝
The use of insults, slang, threats, or harassing language in communication with sellers or the support team is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in the permanent removal of the user from the platform.
6. Review and Rating Policy ✍️
Product reviews must reflect genuine experiences. Content intended for advertising, contrary to public morality, or aimed at defaming another company will be deleted by the system.
7. Marketing and Information Consent 📧
Upon registration, the user is deemed to have accepted campaign, discount, update, and information messages (Email/SMS) to be sent by Trendabi.com. This information process is managed manually by Trendabi.com, and the consent provided during registration remains valid throughout the entire process.
8. Protection of Personal Data 🛡️
User data is protected in accordance with our security policies. Data may only be shared with authorized officials in mandatory cases such as official requests from legal authorities or suspicion of fraud.
9. Acceptance of Terms and Binding Nature of Refund Policy ⚖️
