  • Fast Processing: Trendabi.com guarantees to notify the courier company and initiate the shipping process within 24 hours of the customer placing an order.

  • Delivery Timeframe: Our standard delivery window is between 3 to 5 business days from the date of handover to the courier. However, this period may be extended due to operational surges, public holidays, adverse weather, or unexpected scheduling changes within the courier company. Trendabi.com cannot be held directly liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

3. Courier Communication and Customer Responsibility (Strict Rule) πŸ“žπŸš«
On the day of delivery, the courier will contact you via your registered phone number. Failure to answer the courier’s calls or being unreachable is strictly prohibited.

  • The customer is personally responsible for remaining reachable via the provided phone number.

  • Any redistribution costs or delays resulting from unanswered calls are the sole responsibility of the customer.

 The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the address and contact details. If a shipment is returned due to incorrect or missing information, additional shipping fees will be charged to the customer.

 Please inspect the package for any external damage upon receipt. If significant damage is found, it is recommended to request a “Damage Assessment Report” from the courier. Our mandatory unboxing video rule (Return Policy Article 1) remains in full effect for all deliveries.
