Damage Claims: To claim a product arrived damaged, the customer must provide a continuous, unedited video recording of the unboxing process starting from the moment of delivery, along with high-resolution photographs clearly showing the damage.
Manipulation and Fraud Check: Any video or photographic evidence that has been edited, manipulated, montaged, or contains fraudulent elements is considered a policy violation. Such evidence will be strictly rejected.
Grounds for Rejection: Any claims submitted without video evidence or failing to meet the above criteria will be deemed invalid, and the customer will remain fully responsible. Trendabi.com reserves the right to reject refund requests in the absence of proper documentation.
3. 24-Hour Notification Window ⏱️
Return requests must be initiated within the first 24 hours of delivery. Requests exceeding this period will not be accepted, regardless of the condition.
4. Decision Authority (Low-Value Orders) ⚖️
For low-value orders, the determination of who bears the return shipping costs is made by Trendabi.com, based on product cost and claim validity. The final decision rests exclusively with our platform.
5. Return Authorization (RA) Requirement 📋
Authorization: No returns will be accepted without prior formal approval from Trendabi.com. Customers must obtain a “Return Authorization Code” before shipping any item back.
Unauthorized Returns: Any packages sent back without a valid RA code or prior approval will be rejected at the customer’s expense, and Trendabi.com assumes no responsibility for the tracking or safety of such items.
6. Mediation: Refund or Replacement 🤝
In valid return cases, Trendabi.com acts as a mediator. A “product replacement” is only executed with the formal consent of both the seller and the customer. Otherwise, a standard refund is issued.
7. Fraudulent Activities and Legal Consequences ⚖️🚫
Account Monitoring: Users frequently filing false claims will be flagged. Trendabi.com reserves the right to refuse orders or suspend such accounts.
Legal Action and Damages: Any fraudulent attempts to extort money from sellers through false claims or actions that damage the corporate reputation of Trendabi.com will lead to immediate legal proceedings and lawsuits for material and moral damages. Trendabi.com reserves all legal rights in this regard.
8. Order Cancellation and Refund Processing 💳
Pre-Shipping Refunds: Refund requests for accidental or any other order-related reasons can only be processed by Trendabi.com following an internal review, provided the product has not yet been dispatched by the seller.
Post-Shipping Status: Once the product has been handed over to the courier/shipping provider, a refund is no longer possible.
Service Fee: In the event of an approved refund, a 2% processing fee will be deducted from the total order amount before being credited back to the customer.
9. Condition of Returned Products and Damage Deductions 📦🛠️
Product Integrity: If a product is returned by the customer and arrives damaged—whether intentionally or unintentionally—the seller reserves the right to reject the return or return the item to the sender at the customer’s expense.
Compensation for Damages: Alternatively, a deduction equivalent to the loss of product value may be applied to the refund amount.

10. Hygiene, Usage, and Single-Use Product Exceptions 🧼
Due to hygiene regulations and the nature of the products; cosmetics, personal care items, underwear, and earrings with opened packaging or seals are non-returnable. Furthermore, if a product is found to be used, washed, perfumed, or otherwise altered during the inspection—even if a return was initially requested—the request for a refund or replacement will be strictly rejected.
11. Return Packaging Responsibility 📦
Returned items must be shipped in their original box, including all accessories and protective packaging. The customer remains fully liable for any damages occurring during transit due to inadequate or improper packaging.

Once a refund is approved by Trendabi.com, the amount will be processed and credited back to the original payment method within 3 to 7 business days. Trendabi.com shall not be held responsible for delays caused by banking institutions.
13. Unauthorized Transactions and Third-Party Payment Responsibility ⚖️🔒
Orders are placed directly by the customers. Trendabi.com assumes no responsibility for transactions made using third-party bank accounts or credit cards without consent. If a cardholder contests a transaction as unauthorized, Trendabi.com reserves the right to share all personal and identifying information of the user who placed the order with the relevant legal authorities (Prosecution, Law Enforcement, etc.) as required by law.
14. Incomplete Shipments and Missing Components 📦🧩
Claims: Claims regarding missing items or incomplete components within a package are strictly subject to the continuous video evidence rule mentioned in Article 2.
Rejection: Any claim of missing content without unboxing video proof will be automatically rejected.
15. Incorrect Address and Refused Deliveries 🚚❌
Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If a package is returned to the seller due to an incorrect address, missing information, or the customer’s refusal to accept the delivery, all associated shipping costs (outbound and return) will be deducted from the refund amount.
16. Updates to Policies and Right to Amend 🔄📑
Trendabi.com reserves the right to update, amend, cancel, or introduce new terms and conditions to enhance platform development, user experience, and legal compliance. All modifications shall become effective immediately upon their publication. By continuing to use the platform, users acknowledge and agree to be bound by the most recent version of these policies.
