🔁 TRENDABI.COM REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY 

At Trendabi.com, we aim to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction. The following terms are valid within the framework of the State of Georgia’s Consumer Rights legislation and the conditions set by our company.

1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Unconditional Return)

In accordance with the Georgian Consumer Rights Law, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of product delivery, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal:

• To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify our company in writing (via email or through the site) within this 14-day period.

• The product for which the right of withdrawal is exercised must be returned to us within the statutory period from the date of notification.

2. Conditions for Return Acceptance and Refund Eligibility

Trendabi.com commits to managing return processes transparently. Returns are accepted, and refunds are initiated, only if the following basic conditions are met:

A. Primary Condition for Product Returns: No Product Damage

Our Company stipulates that returns made within the statutory withdrawal period are subject to the following condition, and a full refund is only processed when this condition is met:

• No Damage: The returned product must not have any damage or loss of value resulting from use.

• Original Condition: The product must be returned complete with its original packaging, box, labels, and standard accessories, if any.

• Exceptions: Products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised by law (e.g., those custom-made, unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons, or opened software/audio recordings) are excluded from this scope.

⚠️ IMPORTANT PROVISION: Damage Inspection and Refund

The returned product received by our Company will be inspected by our quality control team.

• The refund process will only be initiated if no damage, wear, or missing parts that would prevent resale are detected.

• If damage resulting from User error that reduces the product’s value is detected, the legally estimated loss of value may be deducted from the refund amount, or the return request may be rejected.

B. Return Shipping Fee

In the event the right of withdrawal is exercised, the shipping fee for returning the product belongs to the Buyer. This is a condition set by our company and is compliant with Georgian laws.

• The shipping fee paid by the Buyer for the product return is not included in the amount to be refunded.

• For returns sent via our contracted courier service as “Buyer Paid,” the shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount before processing.

3. Refund Procedure

The refund will be processed within the statutory period of 14 (fourteen) days following the arrival of the returned product and the completion of the damage inspection.

• Regardless of the payment method (online card, cash on delivery, etc.), refund payments will be made via bank transfer/EFT, or credited back to the original credit card for card transactions.

• When the refund is processed, the return shipping fee (if applicable) will be deducted from the total amount in accordance with Clause 2.B.

4. Defective/Incorrect Product Returns

In the event a damaged, missing, or incorrect product is delivered:

• Such situations must be reported to our company immediately (within 24 hours).

• In these cases (defects caused by our Company), the return shipping fee belongs to us (the Company), and a full refund will be processed.
